Designated agent for copyright notices

JDMTECHSOLUTIONS LLC — Attn: DMCA Agent

Email: [email protected] (subject line: “DMCA notice”)

Covering: davidagents.ai, agentsfast.ai, and all customer sites and content hosted by the platform.

What a valid notice must include

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — include the exact URL(s).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe that removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
