Google Play is coming. Until then, the signed app installs straight from this page in about a minute.

Have the first DavidAgents app (version 1.0)? Remove it first: press and hold its icon, then tap Uninstall. If you have version 1.1 or later, just install: it updates in place. (You can see the version in Settings > Apps > DavidAgents.)
On your Android phone, tap Download APK from this page.
Your browser will warn that APKs can be risky — that's standard for sideloads. Tap Download anyway.
Open the downloaded file. Android may prompt you to allow Install unknown apps for your browser — tap Settings, toggle on, return.
Tap Install. The app appears on your home screen as DavidAgents. Open it and sign in the way you sign in at agentsfast.ai.

The app opens your live agentsfast.ai workspace, so every improvement there reaches the app at once. App updates arrive as a new download here, and through Google Play once it is listed.
