Browser calling

Reps take and place calls from a WebRTC softphone, with business caller ID and live availability.

Routing and continuity

Departments, intent triage, last-rep routing, ring-all or round-robin, and an optional owner-phone fallback.

Queues and overflow

Inbound hold queues, outbound queues built from CRM, and AI answering when your people are unavailable.

Warm transfer and coaching

Brief the next person, listen in on live AI calls, and whisper guidance to a rep without the caller hearing.

Quality management

Transcripts, sentiment, drafted dispositions, your own scoring rubric, and a wallboard with per-rep detail.

Workforce planning

Call-volume forecasts, shift schedules, PTO, and shift swaps bring staffing into the same workspace.

All-in price per active minute when you use your full monthly allowance; smaller plans cost more per minute, unused minutes do not roll over. Active minutes measure usage, not time waiting for a call; each completed call rounds up to a whole minute. Voice plans are capped.

When the fast allowance is used up, new calls use standard voice within your remaining voice-plan allowance until renewal. There are no fast-minute overage charges.

The $150 team subscription is charged once per account. For a dedicated DavidAgents deployment, we scope infrastructure and service needs with you. Prices shown are USD for business use.

The phone stack · Big Bench Audio · 2026-09-19

98.9% on the 900 questions held out of development.

The stack behind the Expert line — ElevenLabs Scribe hearing, Qwen 3.8 on Cerebras, a premium voice — on 1,000 spoken questions: 990 of 1,000 overall, median 0.4 s from question to answer audio offline. Every failed attempt and disclosed review stays in the denominator. Graded by our own audio scorer, so it is not an official Artificial Analysis result.
