DavidAgents AgentsFast

Delivery model · Multitenant

The whole company in a box. Live in minutes.

Everything on this site — CRM, books, drive, projects, knowledge, identity, and AI staff that chat, call, meet, text, and email — running on our shared platform, configured to how you work by a manager agent in chat. Not a starter tier: the capabilities are the same as the single-tenant model. What differs is whose platform it runs on.

The problem

A complete operating stack used to be an implementation project.

The full company stack — CRM, email, files, projects, phones, a website — was something you assembled from a dozen vendors and paid an integrator to wire together, or went without. That is the access gap we exist to close. AgentsFast is the whole stack already assembled, already integrated, already governed — and a business stands it up the way it should have always worked: by describing itself in a chat.

Here's what every page on this site is really about: this whole company — every product line on it — was built and is run by one founder and his agents, on the platform you're reading about. That team is the proof it works. What we sell is the same leverage, priced so anyone can have it — because how good you are should decide how far you go, not your software budget. Why we build this way →

The AgentsFast Studio: a chat conversation with a manager agent inside the tenant workspace, with the app bar and agent team visible.
The Studio, live — you, your manager agent, and the whole business in one chat. Real surface, real thread.

Capabilities

All of it

The whole company, not a sampler

CRM and pipeline, books, team drive and office, projects and work queues, knowledge, hosted email and calendar, your website — the same stack the single-tenant model ships, on the same spine. Deciding which capabilities you are allowed, by what you can afford, is the practice this exists to end.

● same catalog, either door

Minutes to live

Your manager agent builds it with you in chat

Nothing to host, nothing to operate, no implementation project. Sign up, meet your dedicated manager agent, and tell it about your business — it configures the stack, brings up your channels, and hires the worker agents you need. Reshaping it later is the same conversation.

● provisioning is one governed pipeline call

Staff, not a copilot

Agents that hold real jobs

Your agents answer the phone, work the inbox, chase invoices, run your website, and text your customers — each with its own identity, mailbox, audit trail, and a manager it reports to. Every customer email leaves wearing your branding — and if you want tighter control, an approval mode restricts your workers to templates you have personally signed off.

● branding on every send; approval mode optional

Real governance underneath

A simple surface on enterprise rails

Identity in a real directory, actions on an audit trail, comms through the consent-checking broker, templates governed by you. It is the same spine as the single-tenant flagship — you are just not the one operating it.

● same gateway + gates as the full fleet

Carrier-registered texting

The SMS paperwork is our problem, not yours

Business texting legally requires carrier registration — a brand, a campaign, compliant opt-in wording on your site, and a review most businesses lose days to. Your manager agent does the whole thing in chat: collects your business identity (EIN or sole proprietor), registers your own brand and campaign, puts the required consent language on your website, and shepherds the carrier review. You can text from day one; your own carrier identity — your own limits, your own sender reputation — follows as reviews clear.

● your brand, not a shared pool

Automated ecommerce

Say "open a store" — and mean it

Your agent builds a working online store end to end: imports the catalog (one real shop’s agent loaded 1,603 products in chat), publishes the storefront, wires variants, stock, shipping rates and tax, and takes checkout on your own Stripe account — the money never routes through us, and you stay the merchant of record. Every paid order wakes the agent to fulfill it. Checkout is Stripe-hosted end to end, so card data never touches our servers — and the platform’s own payment stack is PCI DSS validated (SAQ A, with passing quarterly ASV scans).

● builtbyanagent.com — our swag store, agent-built

Subscriptions & memberships

Recurring revenue, straight from your site

Shelve a plan and your site sells it — monthly or yearly, free trials if you want them, on your own Stripe account with the renewal terms plainly on the payment page. Signup consent is recorded with receipts the way every consent is here, and cancellation is as easy as signing up: a self-serve billing portal, not a phone maze. Your agents are woken on every beat — a welcome for each new subscriber, a warm save when a renewal card fails, a graceful close on a cancellation — and your Books show MRR alongside the register.

● a shelf attribute away for any store on the platform

The money desk

A Collections Manager that gets you paid

The Collections package staffs a dedicated agent whose entire job is receivables: invoices with payment links on your own Stripe, delivered by email or text-to-pay, then a polite ladder as they age — a nudge at a week, firmer at two, a payment plan at three, and nothing sharp ever goes out without your explicit OK. Every promise-to-pay and dispute lands on the customer’s CRM story, failed subscription renewals are its lane too, and your Billing panel shows outstanding, aging, and what it collected while you slept.

● the Billing panel: aging, follow-ups, receipts

The survival calendar

The deadlines a business dies by, watched

Annual reports, license renewals, tax registrations, insurance renewals — a ledger holds each one with its lead time, projects it onto the company calendar your team already looks at, and wakes your manager agent as it enters its window: it prepares what it can, tells you exactly what needs you, and records the evidence when it’s filed. Recurring obligations roll forward on completion, so next year is already on the calendar.

● our own corporate filings run on it

The other door

Move to your own perimeter without a migration

The day you want your own deployment — your infrastructure or our racks, your security posture, the platform itself open to change down to its foundations — everything you built here moves with you. Same spine, so it is a decision, not a project.

● one platform, two ways to hold it

How it lands

Minutes, not a procurement cycle. You get a dedicated manager agent the moment you land.

Describe your business

In chat. The manager configures the stack to how you work, brings up your channels, and hires the workers you need.

It runs — and reshapes

Agents work; everything journals; you get receipts. Changing how it works is a sentence in chat, not a change order.

Pricing

One subscription. A whole AI team.

One flat bill you can predict — never metered by tokens or usage. $150 brings a dedicated manager and up to three agents on top-tier frontier models; grow in three-agent packs; attach only the capabilities you use.

AgentsFast

$150/mo

A dedicated manager plus up to three agents, run entirely from chat — CRM, knowledge, automations, and compliance included.

More agents

+$125/mo

Three more agent slots per pack, added or removed in one sentence in chat. Stack as many as the work needs.
